The Salon du Chocolat in Zurich
The first edition of the Salon du Chocolat in Zurich was a true success with 15,338 visitors througout three days.
From March 30th to April 1st, over 60 chocolatiers, pastry chefs and chocolate experts from Switzerland and France delighted visitors and showcased their full talent and their products on a 4,000sqm space dedicated to the magic of chocolate.
Connoisseurs of traditional products, lovers of innovative products or simply gourmands can already mark their calendars: the Salon du Chocolat will be back in Zurich in 2013, from 22nd to 24th March.
